I am delighted to be able to say that The Custody Code, my new film installation, will be open to the public at Alice Holt Forest, Farnham, GU10 4LS, from the 10th July – 1st September.
The project has been a number of years in the making and follows the life cycle of timber production from seed to sawmill, all told from the unique perspective of people who work in the industry. A sustainably sourced timber structure houses the films deep within the forest, providing an intimate and immersive experience.
The work has been commissioned by the Forestry Commission to celebrate 100 years of forestry.
